Your expressing your emotions, especially if you cry when someone is by your side. I am having a lot of stress in my life right now, work, school, house duties... got some unfair people in my life, so when i have to i sob and just let it out.. its really good to have someone back u up in life and support you emotionally. For me its my parents, everytime i m sad they are always there to help me relieve my stress |
