Im feeling stressed out pretty bad what are some ways to help with stress at home?
How can I relieve stress at home?
This past semester at quarter at school, I've been stressed out a lot. At home, I take care of my foster brother and my biological sister. At school, I work hard enough to have over a 3.0 GPA and be in Honor classes. But I've been stressed out so much lately. My grades have been slipping lately and I can barely get to sleep at night. Even though I'm not doing anything, I can't sleep. I cry all the time. I think I should see a doctor, but when I try to talk to my parents about this About seeing a doctor therapist they ignore me and think I'm being silly. I'm tired of feeling this way, and I want relief. What should I do?Oh sorry. No I cannot see a therapist without my parents I'm only 13. But I feel terrible my self confidence is going down, and I don't think this is just hormones.
What are some ways to relieve stress at home?

I have been really stressed lately over finacial issues if any one has any tips on how to relieve stress i would be greatful something diffrent than cleaning and music. stupid comments can be kept to yourself if your not trying to help find a hobby that doesn't involve making me feel worse or mad it only adds to the stress be a good human
