How to relieve stress at work?
I'm a receptionist at a healthcare clinic. Although it sounds 'easy', it can get overwhelming when a crowd of patients come in at the same time. During the process, I have to prepare their charts, answer phone calls, schedule appointments for walk ins people can be so indecisive when it comes to choosing days . It's the phone calls and scheduling for appointments that delay me getting the charts done and would leave patients asking me when it's their turn, which stress me out. Today I felt pressure in my heart and I didn't like the feeling. My other co worker helps me with the charts and that's it. I handle most of the calls and schedulings. What can I do to relieve stress when I feel stressed out?
