Why do I still feel stressed up even in doing things that supposedly works as a stress relieve?
not just in normal routines like works, assignment and all, but also in things like sports, walking, meditation, talk, reciting poems, prayers, etc. which are supposedly could reduce stress.

I just feel happy and stress relieved when i'm alone?
since my mom passed away i've been wanting to be by myself alot. I do have friends and that but I just don't want to be around them I dont get the same comfort with them then I do by myself. Stress relieving tips for an ex-smoker?
My best friend just recently quit smoking after about 17 18 years of smoking. He was never a heavy smoker, he would go through one pack in like two weeks. but smoking had always been his stress reliever. and now that he has quit he doesnt have an outlet to relieve his stress. so when he gets really, really stressed he slips and has a cigarette. and after he does so he gets mad at himself and feels like he has let me down. are there any ex smokers out there that can give some tips on how he can deal with the stress without going back to cigarettes? anything that worked for you?
